  Poor service! can't diagnose water leak in an appliance! could not explain why, how, or a remedy the problem! When asked if the leaking appliance was in his own home" and what then would you do? he had not responce and just stated he had never seen the problem! Now Jay is a sub contractor for a home warranty company, so the the report back to the warranty company from Jay' was that the the appliance leaked when the home owner opens the door! nothing about replacing the unit! or a fix! the warranty company will only do what the appliance repair company (Jay) suggest! It seen that the home warranty company pressures the subs to limit the amount of claims that filed! Unfortunately the next step will be litigation!
